TRANSFORMING LEARNING. INSPIRING TEACHERS. ENRICHING CLASSROOMS
3D Learning: Arts Collective CIC is a dynamic organisation dedicated to transforming education through the power of creativity. Our creative approaches to learning are designed to create moments of 3D learning across the curriculum, ensuring all students are able to engage, understand and to overcome barriers to learning.
We work with schools across the UK to place creativity at the heart of teaching and learning, targeting core subjects, learning objectives and curriculum requirements whilst empowering both educators and all pupils to thrive in imaginative, engaging, and ambitious environments.
We believe creativity is not an add-on—it’s a foundation for meaningful education. Together, we build cultures of creative learning that are bold, inclusive, and future-facing.
Why work with us?
We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), meaning we’re here for public benefit, not profit. Everything we earn goes straight back into creating meaningful, creative learning experiences for students and their teachers.
We know how stretched school budgets are, so we’re always looking for external funding and partnership support to ensure that working with us is affordable. Our aim is simple: to make inspiring, 3D learning possible for every school, whatever your financial context. We’re committed to working alongside you in a way that’s transparent, supportive, and genuinely achievable.
We understand the unique challenges and opportunities within education. Our approach is rooted in practical experience, collaborative partnership, and a deep commitment to fostering creativity and academic success in every student.
We have worked across the UK and we know and understand the challenges teachers face. Teachers list the same concerns regarding the use of creative arts as a teaching tool:
- Behaviour concerns
- Lack of time in a packed curriculum
- Minimal space
- Limited to no access to training to develop teaching skills in this area
- Needs of students in each classroom
- Reduced number of class adults
- Lack of teacher and/or student confidence
- Lack of funds
- Lack of meaningful CPD
Time and again, we have seen each of these concerns fall away as schools adopt our strategies. Techniques that can be used time and again to bring all aspects of the curriculum to life and to provide our young people with essential tools and skills to learn and thrive.
Our young people have changed, their world has changed and we believe it is time for our education system to change too.

Our team comprises experienced artists, educators, and creative practitioners dedicated to integrating active creative learning into the core curriculum. We bring proven methodologies and innovative strategies to every school we partner with.
